The Cordoba is the national currency of Nicaragua. Divided into 100 centavos (cents), the currency was introduced on March 20, 1912 and was originally equal to the US dollar. The currency's name stems from its founder, Francisco Hernandez de Cordoba. In 1987, the "new cordoba" (nueva córdoba) was introduced at a rate equal to 1,000 "old" córdobas. In 1991, the cordoba was re-introduced, with one being worth 10 million of the "new córdobas" of the previous decade.

Arriving to My New Home
Arriving to my destination, a three bedroom single family villa awaits four my attendance. In downtown Managua with out the noise. The area has the following urban facilities: Hospitals, Educational Centers, Shopping Malls (Mall Galleries Santo Domingo, Centro Comercial Managua and Camino de Oriente) and Supermarkets La Colonia. The main access is restricted through a metal gate and a security, providing privacy and security within the division. It has water services, electricity, telephone, cellular phone, cable, Internet, public lighting, garbage collection, sewerage, storm water drainage.
Travel
In the community it is optional to drive a car or to bus.I Use both, they equally reliable for living in Managua.In Managua the highways are in good condition and can lead you north,south,east, and west of Nicaragua. Unlike the United States all Main Road lead to the capital, Managua. My private transportation is a Toyota Land Cruiser purchased at Centro Toyota Autonica for 1587227.6000 Cordoba's. Public transportation provided by "Chicken Bus" a not so fancy decorated school bus. But are really Reliable for tourism and getting to the country They started to distribute to "new chicken buses".
Working Enviorment
Finding a job here in Managua was not that hard being fluent in English and intermediate in Spanish. I got hired easily by an International Sales Company looking for English and Spanish speaking employers. The job details 20 USD's per hour or gain 10 clients ASAP earn 3,000 USD's and the rest of the month off.
